This is what the Samson Option looks like in reality. Israel (a nuclear rogue state) - attacks a sovereign state (Iran) - ironically accusing it of being a nuclear rogue state (even though arguably it’s just trying to defend itself) & mysteriously everyone else falls over themselves to help Israel?

This is basically HS2 all over again. It will be cancelled or scaled back. Imagine - in 20,000 years time our ancestors will still have to bare the costs of cleaning this up. The cost per KW is way higher than bona-fide renewables and does not factor in all decommissioning costs. (How could it?)

Even stranger - you’d literally have to be blind to miss this thing it came so close. My two colleagues on the flightdeck that day saw nothing. Left me feeling like one of the cabin crew put something in my coffee that morning! Weird.

Was about 1m across - solid object - no obvious propulsion. Gunmetal grey/black. Two red lights on top - they had a plasma like glow. From underside - was completely solid. Footnote - I once nearly hit a drone - you could see the quad-rotors on that. This was solid.

This thing nearly hit us a few years back. Beautiful morning - came out of cloud at around 7000 feet - this thing came straight toward us, then flipped over turned hard right from its perspective. Missed the left wing/engine by around 15m.

Trump, Putin, Xi & Netanyahu are marching over the graves of the people who gave their lives for that right. Maybe it’s time to just sit down & not leave the house.
