Mietdeckel/Mietbremse würde das Wohnungsproblem nicht lösen: es würde nur noch schlimmer werden. Wenn Profitwunsch als etwas Böses angesehen wird und von der Regierung erwartet wird,dass sie für alle Bedürfnisse sorgt/sie kontrolliert: dann endet das in DDR.....oder AfD/Linke im 2025
