@jeremytache.bsky.social Don't let a guy named Dan ride you about your name not sounding Hispanic enough. One of your very best moments on the show was when you told Dan he was a white guy just like you and you doubled down and didn't shy away when he tried to act like that wasn't the case.

Better for the players I know, but this has that 18-16 in the deciding set kind of feel to it if the match tiebreak hadn't been instituted for the 5th set and that uncertainty did used to be an interesting dynamic and not this certain end in another few games. #FrenchOpen

Don't give a damn about Dustin Hoffman being at #RolandGarros but great to see Ernie Johnson was able to make the trip over. Hope he's enjoying himself.

Haliburton hits those game winners, but Siakam was doing the work to give them a chance. It's why he got the MVP in the ECF. Tyrese wasn't having some great game, but he hit the game winner so it changes the narrative on his overall game performance.

The NBA Finals between two teams I don't care about cannot be boring or clumsy games to watch and have me keep watching the entire series. I don't care enough about anyone on these teams for this. Pacers better get it together and make this series competitive.

Sinner's kit is giving preppy little boy at the country club on a Sunday afternoon. Only missing the sweater tied around the shoulders. Not sure what Nike was going for with this one, but just no. #FrenchOpen

@rolandgarros.com Posting once on Bluesky on the first day of the French Open is not going to do much of anything to grow the Tennis community on here. And the decision to not have even a little bit of the Rafa celebration on here in real time is truly a ridiculous decision.

NBA League office crying right now. A Thunder vs. Pacers final sounds like that super low rated finals that had the San Antonio Spurs.

This Strasbourg draw is one of the best I can remember the week before the French Open, reminds me of the old Connecticut tournament before the US Open. These quarterfinal matchups would be appealing at any 500 event any week on the WTA tour.

Hilarious to hear the commentators on this Raducanu v. Collins match talk about how Emma seems to be moving better now though they aren't certain what was wrong with in the first place to cause her to take an MTO. No one fakes their injury worse than Emma.

The Nuggets training staff needs to be investigated by the NBA and a doctor probably needs to at least be suspended if not lose their license. What is this medical malpractice we are watching right now with Aaron Gordon on the court? That man is in clear pain.

Why is Tennis Channel letting hypercritical, self-important Jimmy Arias call this Alcaraz v. Sinner match? He's a beginning-of-the-week commentator only. If Jim Courier isn't available, call Paul Annacone, or one of the women, but don't subject us to this in a final as big as Rome

Sucks that this closeout game for the Knicks beating the Celtics couldn't be on TNT with a proper post-game show with Ernie, Kenny, and Charles for the Knicks finally getting back to the Conference Championship

@jeremytache.bsky.social Don't let the elitist flyers you work with make you feel bad. We used to fly $35 standby on AirTrans in the 90s/00s. We were broke college kids that would've never visited each other or gone on vacation if we had to pay $300/flight. We were thrilled the option existed

This 5280 stuff is real corny. Nuggets need to go back to the drawing board on that one.

Coco Gauff was stellar today. Swiatek's been serving up bagels and breadsticks the last 5 years and it's been celebrated by even tournament accounts not just fans, so I'm not even a little bit interested in turning Coco's superb win into some let's feel bad for Iga narrative

Can't see the ball at times during this Gauff vs Bencic match because of how the very bright sun is hitting the clay and reminded of how the Madrid Open once experimented with blue clay to improve the ability to see the ball. Probably shouldn't have dismissed that idea so quickly

This kit on Bencic is tragic. Who thought this was flattering? She looks like she's put on a smock for a painting class. Asics or whoever she's with now needs to scrap this look immediately

Thank goodness Rich Eisen and Charles Davis are on NFL Network to speak some sense about the situation. Daniel Jeremiah out here giving the whitest advice ever telling a black man to go beg.

What is the deal with Tennis Channel and the Porsche Grand Prix in Stuttgart? It's always one of the best tournaments of the year and the toughest draw to make. Yet they barely show the matches anymore. How Ostapenko vs. Swiatek doesn't rate the main channel is beyond me.

@jessicasmetana.bsky.social I know you haven't been a tennis fan that long so maybe you weren't aware of this because your shock at someone not rooting for McIlroy surprised me, but there are many tennis fans who hate Rory and will never forgive him for how he broke up with Caroline Wozniacki.

Remember when CBS went thru that entire production to retire Luther Vandross' One Shining Moment to launch Jennifer Hudson's and everyone was like, no one told you to do this and we're not here for it and it was back the next year? An entire dept must have been fired for that nonsense #MarchMadness

@bsky.app Character limits on Bluesky need to increase or user handles need to be simplified. Handles are very long on here. Your account benefits from a nice, short one. If handles could leave off the bsky.social part, that would be very helpful, even just leaving off .social would be a good start

@jessicasmetana.bsky.social @domoniquefoxworth.bsky.social The "This is why there's a male loneliness epidemic" comment only got more and more accurate the longer Charlie talked. The friend's touching a bar floor on purpose multiple times?!? And why isn't Vanilla Snack even embarrassed by it?

So Calipari learned nothing from that Memphis championship loss, huh? Still refuses to foul when his team is up 3 #MarchMadness

@jessicasmetana.bsky.social Fairly certain you were aware of this in real-time and the others bypassed your warning, but the "white guys are the secret sauce to March Madness" bit while talking about a HBCU isn't funny. They could've done that talking about UNC vs. SDSU without being disrespectful.

Great that Madison finally got on the board against Aryna, but pretty amazing that almost happened with Lindsay Davenport on the call. I definitely still remember when she got that double bagel over Sharapova at Indian Wells many years ago. #BNPParibasOpen

@jessicasmetana.bsky.social Not sure you're taking requests, but I'd be quite entertained by "Well, I'm not a father, but" responses to Dan for the rest of the week.

Hoping to hear Aaron Rodgers to any other team. Cause Steelers, can we just not with this idiot? Don't need or want him to bring that shitshow to Pittsburgh.

Second Serve on Tennis Channel's T2 still sucks so much. Just give us a regular commentary team and a full screen of the tennis match. #IndianWells

Who's the idiot at Hulu that thought the live Oscar broadcast would end at 10:30 PM on the dot and have that as an automatic cutoff time? #Oscars
