@maddow.msnbc.com watching your segment live re hands off protest: My mom, a resident of Teaneck NJ, informs me that the Arbor Terrace protest is the organizing work of resident and former State Sen. Loretta Weinberg (also was President of the NJ State Senate). Great to see her back in action!

Doesn’t it strike everybody as odd that Trump’s Kremlin negotiation guy - who is a real estate executive with no defense or intelligence chops - was on Hegseth’s Signal chat while he was in Moscow? I’m no conspiracy hound but that seems unusual.

If I drank every time Trump says “Biden” tonight I would already be in the hospital… Trump is such a powerful President, but cannot manage to own his own Presidency- gives one half to Musk and blames the other half on Joe Biden…

politicalwire.com/2025/03/02/t... This is not a new alignment of alliances; this is surrender!

Watching @joyannreid.bsky.social on her last Reid Out right now. Joy, thanks for your history-making show and your incredible journalism. I cannot wait to see what you do next!

Trump’s entire MO is about personal retribution and revenge. Not only will he gleefully leave Pres. Zelensky out of negotiations with the invading force against is own country, but he’ll give away all of Ukraine to Russia if it means he’s ruined Zelensky’s career. Truly evil.

Just in case you had any doubt about what the new Trump anti-DEI policies really mean: West Point can no longer have clubs or groups for Asian Americans African Americans or Japanese Americans, but they still have the clubs for Polish Americans and German Americans…

Just listening to @ruthbenghiat.bsky.social on @nicollewallace.bsky.social show confirm that Musk’s actions alone are a coup and the Democrats/MAGA opposition need to clearly communicate the gravity of the situation to the public. I second that!

So now you have the President ignoring a court order to continue spending and appointing a private US citizen to shut down whole units of the government and fire employees - all of which are the power of the Congress. This is officially a Constitutional crisis.

To those attacking pro Democracy folks with pet peeves about how to resist: There are two viable US parties right now. One is a nascent fascist party run by a psycho President and the maniacal billionaire who thinks he bought the country. The other is not. Please remember who your allies are!

www.usatoday.com/story/news/p... Trump has removed the constitution and former Presidents from the WH website.

Apparently the GOP is replacing DEI in the military in favor of DWI… how embarrassing…

And there was this gem from Trump’s deranged “reave” (that’s “rant”+”weave”… He wants to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America…. Because that’s going to help bring those prices down!!

OMG this is even worse than the last time Trump was President - he’s just ranting and ranting, and claiming he’s got people negotiating in the Middle East (still not President yet) and - oh yeah - didn’t do anything wrong legally. But look… Greenland!!

So Pete Hegseth says he doesn’t abuse women. What do you call it when you drag your Mom into the media to get her to retract her own personal accusations of said behavior? Come on man, your own mother?

Question for the legal eagles I’m following: Does the President have the right to adjourn the Senate (or House for that matter) and what are the particulars if he does?

All of Trump’s nominated flock of freaks must be opposed by serious members of the US Senate on both sides. If you can’t take your responsibilities of advice and consent seriously at this moment then you really should pack it up and go home.

Tomato soup? What tomato soup?
