Ok, I've caved. Mindfulness meditation practice really is quite good for my mood and my anxiety. Summer goals of doing a sunset esplanade mindfulness walk every night I can. And I've signed up for a meditation and yoga retreat in Vermont for next weekend. ALL IN BABY.
