I'm hoping they fixed the story with The Ivalice Chronicles because, woof: FFT loses it's own plot like halfway through, 85% of the cast are superfluous and their stories go nowhere, and the game just kind of ends with no real resolution. FFXIV had to give us a real, official ending.
