Brad was my councilman many years ago. I met him one morning, crankily trying to catch the F train. I knew in a moment he was a good guy who wanted to make NYC a better place. He'll make a great 1st or 2nd rank choice for mayor. And either way, Zohran makes for a pretty good consolation prize.
