The food at Selwyn Nicholas Brewery (in Townsville QLD AU) tonight was the bomb. Spaghetti (Aussie style) Carbonara was a hit with all the fam as well as the Reuben sandwich with smoked silverside. Fed 3 adults, my (almost) 8yr old that eats as much as me, and Mr 3 for $70.

I don't really like pulled pork. But I did a pork butt in the smoker until it got to 90 degrees and sliced it up. Best thing I've done in the smoker. Beautiful bark.

Love this. In his “I Agree” installation Dima Yarovinsky-Yahel took the content from terms of service statements for companies like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Tinder and printed them out on A4 paper with a standard font size for legal contracts to demonstrate the length of these agreements.
