They are given quotas and financial incentives to pack the places with maximum prisoners and to cut corners on food and overall living conditions. We pay the cost; they reap the profits.

At Chicago’s immigration court. Just witnessed masked ICE agents seize two men immediately after DHS dismissed their cases and motioned for expedited removal. Unfortunately, recording is prohibited & ICE had security threaten to call “federal police” when they thought maybe that happened.
