America at its finest

RIP Bob Swerski

We always called this tornado sky when I was a kid.

Looking for shelter from pigs on the wing

Luna looking fine

Everything goes out the window when a mockingbird shows up

Beware of Maya

It’s 2:43. I’m tired. I want to sleep. I can’t stop listening to George Harrison and crying. This is neither good or bad. It just is

I guess I’m not mowing the lawn today.

Steph bought me this awesome Waylons Jennings style leather pick guard for my telecaster. I finally got it swapped out. Looks great

I maxed out athletics and acrobatics for my Oblivion remaster character. I can now speed run Oblivion gates without killing anyone. Just run and jump past everyone and grab the sigil stone. I even make stops to pick up loot on the way.

Who did this?

I’ve never gone through a storm like this one. We huddled in the hall and listened to the loudest and eeriest wind noises while the lights flickered on and off. We heard loud crashing noises when a giant tree blew over in the area behind my back yard. We’re good, but that was scary.

We lived

Taking shelter!!!

If this tornado kills me, let me say: Zeppelin rules

Terror Squad was filmed in my hometown. Kokomo is bleak…1986 Kokomo was brutal. Watch these idiots talk about a movie that was shot in my backyard while my family was falling apart! 11 year old me gets to revisit the awful snapshot of an traumatic time! (Props for not making Ryan White AIDS jokes)

Fuck! I miss being in a band!

My mental health recovery over the last 4 years has really been incredible, but I feel a bit crestfallen when I listen to a song from my old suicide playlist. The intrusive thoughts tainted a lot of good songs

Of course I love Valentine’s Day. It’s the day Wayne’s World came out.

They knew what they were doing when they named the American Woodcock. They saw that goofy little bird that made a goofy little noise and said “let’s make this thing even goofier”. And I respect that.

Keep yourself alive.

My sister and her husband have spent years transforming an abandoned farm into a winery. Rain Song Farms is trying to establish their YouTube channel, and spring is coming. Plus, my brother in law Brian is rad. Check them out: youtu.be/3MIb6K8Oips

I wanted to be a radio DJ when I was younger. I used to make lists of songs that I’d play each night, and memorize song intros and practice hitting the post. It’s too bad radio isn’t a thing anymore.

I’ve been living in this house for 20 years. January 2005 was so fucking long ago, but it flew by.

My sister and her husband are renovating the barn at their farm and winery (Rain Song Farms). Brian is the best, and I'm happy he's been making videos documenting the process. I can't wait for the July 4th party!

Costco’s shareholders voted overwhelmingly to reject a proposal from a conservative think tank aimed at getting the company to roll back its diversity hiring practices.

When does one get the right to say “I’m a musician?” I’ve been paid to perform, record, and transcribe music, but I still feel like an imposter.

My therapist called in sick today. It’s gonna be a rough 4 years.

I guess there really are more of them than us.
