Public ownership ‘not the answer’ says Minister as Thames Water teeters. Wrong. After 36 yrs of market solutions. Result - sewage in rivers, unplugged leaks, customers fleeced, high dividends. Govt dithered. TW added another £3bn debt, spends £200m a year on advisers. Need public ownership now.
