I truly believe we will look back at this attitude as *the* sickness of our political era. It is an extremely basic fact, and has been for decades, that the vast majority of political violence in the US is committed by the right! You cannot solve a problem if you refuse to identify it.

I agree with this and I’ll go further to say that many Democratic politicians are OK with a large chunk of trumps polices and many will also never challenge a status quo that grants them even the mirage of power and status.

I did an event in DC & there was a party for donors etc after. Was talking to 2 ppl & I said "Things are so bad." They said "No this is how it is. Things swing one way, then another. It's normal." That's when I realized why Dems are toothless. They have no idea what this is. Frogs boiling in water.
