I wasn't the type to use a calendar in my 20s, but it's been very very helpful in my 30s for both remembering what I got going on in any given week and providing space/creating boundaries for hobbies in an equitable way with the family.

I want to point out something about Wakanda Forever (Black Panther 2): It is not a bad movie. It is a movie I really enjoyed and love. IMO It is probably Ryan Coogler’s “worst movie” AND STILL better than most writer/directors can ever hope to make in their career. Like an A-/B+ movie at worst.
