Forcing a user who is on your website on their phone to download an app to continue is pretty terrible UX. The data you may get from the extra download is not worth making a user go through extra steps.

Nothing beats the feeling as an adult of crawling into your crawlspace to find dryness, insulation on every wall, light fixtures, and a vent! It's warmer in the crawlspace than it is inside of the house.
