There's a strange belief on the right that manufacturing jobs are the holy grail of working-class jobs. When, in reality, generations of factory workers worked hard to send kids to college so they didn't have to work on the line. They didn't want their families to work on the line forever.

When some evangelicals embrace "empathy is sin," it's easy to see why they side w/ Putin over 🇺🇦 Heb 13:3 "Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering." Empathy isn't sin. Being void of it is.

I thought the movement stating that "empathy is sin" had disappeared but unfortunately it's back. Christians are to absolutely empathize with others. Hebrews 13:3 "Remember those in prison, as though you were in prison with them, and the mistreated, as though you yourselves were suffering bodily."
