Anyone else find it strange that a man with a 14-year heroin addiction is railing against Narcan—the lifesaving drug that helped drive a sharp drop in overdose deaths after a federal distribution program? No one said Narcan cures addiction. It prevents funerals. That’s the point. The facts 👇🏾
