I have the next 5 days off. I woke up at 4AM, went for a 2 1/2 hour walk on the treadmill at the gym. came home, went for a 10 mile run. Took my dog for two 1 1/2 mile walks. I walked 4 miles to the post office & library. I sat down for 3 minutes & grew antsy.
