Found the most secret of strats as I TASed the dog whistle jump earlier: You can pickup items with Eddie's anus(?) by talking to a nearby NPC and then cancelling the talking dialogue.

In 9 years on Twitch, I've banned 13 people in my channel. Someone came in the secondary channel tonight, who was banned in my main and taunted about being "not being banned here". Like, why? I reported him for ban evasion. I don't get why people can't just move on sometimes.
