Exactly. The implosion of the US currently is due to the notion that greed is good. This isn’t how healthy societies work, everyone is part of a society and therefore all needs must be addressed. A society is only as strong as its weakest link, so lift up the weakest to ensure prosperity.

Yes, this all day. DEI doesn’t equality lower quality, or quota hires. It’s to encourage strengthening your talent pool and thereby gaining better outcomes by looking outside of who you usually consider. People gravitate towards what the know, that doesn’t mean it’s the best. Look at Pete Hegseth 😂
