A 3.5% increase in Award wage is a fair decision. People worrying about productivity really need to ask themselves do they think the lowest paid are the cause of low productivity. I mean get real. Also it still sees real awards lower than they were 5 years ago

Here in Central VIC we have already had an 8 month fire season. The AFAC forecast for winter isn't inspiring. As vol firefighters, we do get tired & each week it gets harder to gather a crew to get the truck out the door. This is the steady demoralising impact of climate change.
