Today in Parliament I introduced the National Renewable Energy Strategy Act. This bill mandates a national strategy to achieve 100% renewable electricity generation in Canada by 2030. I urge all MPs to support this vital initiative for our country and our planet.

This is the end product of terrible design and planning at multiple levels of government to prioritize people in cars. The fact that parents and children are paying the ultimate price in this case is the highest irony. Word to the wise - if you think this couldn’t happen here you are incorrect.
