Just saw it's #WorldFibromyalgiaAwarenessDay I'm one of many who have this chronic pain condition. My pain levels vary from "looks ok to an outsider" to "needs a cane to walk to the bathroom" As well, I have brain fog and memory issues, including trouble finding words. And fatigue & sleep issues
