Hot take on tamales. There's a brand of tamales sold at Costco. The masa is bad. The filling is OK. But the ratio of masa to filling is great (thin layer of masa good filling). That makes these good. Ive had many tamales where masa good, fillling good, ratio bad. What say you @strngwys.bsky.social
