Yesterday I was reading an article about the food "aid" sites in Gaza. None of the food is gluten free, dairy free, or low fodmap. And for the people who will scoff, Gaza has high rates of autoimmune GI diseases like Celiac, Crohn's, and Ulcerative Colitis. That means this "aid" will kill them.
