DOOM: the Dark Ages' combat flow I think is my favourite of the series; 2016's was simple, Eternal was overly complicated with needing to hit weak-spots etc, Dark Ages' is simple, but with the added parrying mechanic which I enjoy a heck of a lot, it's so satisfying to learn and get right
