This reticulated beaker has an inscription in glass: FAVENTIBVS. It’s an expression of good luck (perhaps short for "Faventibus ventis" – with favourable winds). The ‘cage’ of the beaker is also glass. The Romans were masters of glasswork & this is a beautiful example. 🏛️📷Kunsthistoriches Museum

A more than 3000-year-old Egyptian basket of coiled palm fibre with a lid. Baskets served as household containers and were frequently placed in tombs, containing grave goods such as jewelry or food offerings.
