Growing up in L.A. I've lost count over how many times my house has been under threat from fires. I've evacuated so many times that I can't even recount them. It's always been a reality for me that I could lose my home this way. This time, however, I'm feeling especially grateful.

A dear friend of mine I went to acting school with ended up in a life-altering car accident on Oct. 20th. I knew it happened, but I only just found out about the extent of her injuries. Jasmine is a beautiful woman, amazing actor, hard worker, and the kindest, most affable person I have ever met.
