Found out this weekend a good friend uses Chat GPT to "polish up & soften" her work emails. She works at a university. All I can think is 1. I'm really disappointed & 2. Fuck that, why soften them. I told her how awful AI is & she agreed, but then kept praising it for helping word things better 😑
