Update on Lara's health! Her chronic kidney issues have taken a turn for the better - one of her kidneys is growing, and her kidney function has increased to 37%! The nephrologist is optimistic that if Lara needs a transplant, it likely won't be until she reaches puberty, and that's only if needed.
