Portuguese cup final tonight which Benfica lost. Angel Di Maria has been crying on the pitch for at least 10 minutes and it's really cheered me up.

Disappointing end to the season for York. Second on 96 points, no game for 2 weeks and out in the playoffs. Total horse shit really. Best part of the night though were *Oldham* fans singing “we all hate Leeds scum” 😂😂😂

It was our village duck race today. My wife helped organise so I naturally got roped in to proceedings. A great day with over £5k raised for local charities and community groups. And I did 12k steps without ever being more than 200 yards from my front door. Amazing what you can do away from a desk.
