This is Canada. My friend had a weak spell biking in Tofino. We went to emergency saw a doctor, had an ECG, Blood Pressure, Ultra Sound of their heart, chest x-ray and about 30 minutes with a doctor. They have a heart condition but all is well. Cost to patient ZERO.
