I was feeling inspired last night so I made pan seared steak with garlic and rosemary, lemon pepper yellow squash sauteed in butter, roasted petite potatoes covered in truffle sea salt and parmesan, and a Cesar salad. It all turned out rather good for throwing it all together with no real plan! 🍽️

I recently bought an Xbox Series X and have been playing "Indiana Jones and the Great Circle". I wasn't sure I would be into that type of game at first but I've been having a blast!
