Honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. 🇺🇸 #SomberMemorialDay

Not sure if democracy remains on the docket? My law firm is litigating 53 voting and election cases in 22 states. When we fight, we win.

On Memorial Day, we honor members of the military who paid the ultimate sacrifice for their devotion and service to American democracy. We will never forget their service and will honor them by following them in their constitutional patriotism however and whenever we can.

On Memorial Day we honor the service members who gave their lives for our nation, and the loved ones who bear the burden of their loss. That is a sacrifice that cannot be repaid. As we work toward peace, let us never forget those who have served on our behalf.

You would think that, as a farmer, he would be at least in tune with the basic inflow and outflow in his financials even if he isn't a finance guy per se. Still, the hate meant more, eh?

On one hand, Biden was old. On the other hand, Trump is stupid, racist, evil, dangerous, reckless, narcissistic, depraved AND OLD.

In a nutshell.

What?!?! The EPA has drafted a plan to eliminate all pollution controls from coal and gas-fired power plants. The agency claims these plants “do not contribute significantly” to dangerous pollution or climate change, arguing their emissions are a small and declining share of global totals.

This weekend Find a protest near you Don't just sit there and complain on the internet. The most important thing we can do today is visible protest. www.mobilize.us/indivisible/

Young Kim is rep for California's 40th congressional district. She is on record that she would not vote for a bill that cuts medicaid. She just voted for a bill that will cut medicaid $700 billion over the next 10 years. She won last year with 55% of the vote. Vote her out in 2026.

What they are doing at Harvard, Columbia, and other universities indicates that they are a bunch of wannabe dictators who want to control American university life. We need to protect the First Amendment. It's absolutely critical.

Phang: Putting aside the big bullshit bill that just got passed in the House in the dark hours of the night, DOGE has single-handedly destroyed so much of our federal government. We, as Americans, deserve to know why they have done it, how they have done it, and what they are continuing to do.

The House passed the Maga Murder Budget. Please don't call it anything else. #MagaMurderBudget. It needs to trend. It needs to die. Pass it on.

My Congressman, Sam Graves, voted to gut Medicaid. This is a map of how many folks he couldn’t give two shits about…

Trump doesn't want legit international students, but he's ok with peddling access to foreigners paying into his crypto biz! It's un-American & its wrong I discussed @cnn @erinburnett.bsky.social @cnn.com

Convicted Felon, Donald Trump, is going after for the courts. He’s scared of an independent judiciary. I’m your Shadow Press Secretary and here is the truth: @thepersistnetwork.bsky.social #WADM

Trump cut nearly $3 billion in the first 100 days. Cancer is the #2 killer of people. Anyway, MAGA. www.axios.com/2025/05/19/n...

The Republican Big Ugly Bill headed to the Senate puts working class Americans on the chopping block. Republicans knew this chaos would cost you, and they voted for it anyway. Trillions added to the deficit. Millions losing healthcare and going hungry. It's unconscionable.

Trump is lying. There is no white genocide unfolding in South Africa- as the SA President tried to make clear. But Trump wants us to believe there is so that he can fly in lots of white people.

The bill is still a mess but this is a win. Thank you, America. They heard you. House Republicans have dropped the provision that would’ve sold off 500,000 acres of public land in Utah and Nevada.

Just had a great (and hot, it was like 96 degrees) two hours protesting in Mission Viejo against Young Kim and Trump. Lots of credit to the organizers and everyone who showed up to put in the work, got lots of honks of support from passing cars, and only one homophobic slur.

They wanted to pass this evil budget to take away healthcare from millions earlier today. It’s still stuck in the rules committee cause House Dems introduced over 500 amendments and we are lined up to debate on them. Delaying is important. Keep up the pressure on these Congressional Republicans.

@warren.senate.gov: "They're fighting over how many children should go hungry so that Mark Zuckerberg can buy another Hawaiian island."

The GOP budget bill is 1,116 pages long but it boils down to this one simple fact: Republicans are facilitating a massive transfer of wealth to the richest Americans while making cuts that would rip away healthcare and food from millions of people. It's Robin Hood in reverse.

The Interior Department is rescinding an order that would have phased out the sale of plastic water bottles and other single-use plastics in national parks and on public lands.

Some of the CDC's main channels for communicating urgent health information to the public have gone silent.

Why are so many elderly, sick, and poor Republican voters who rely on Medicaid, SNAP, and Social Security still supporting a president, Administration, and party actively destroying them? Is their tribalism that fierce that nothing else matters, or are they just that ignorant?

Elon Musk doesn't care about efficiency, and here's the proof: I called for an investigation into Musk's cuts at the IRS. Because he fired so many staff that audit wealthy tax cheats, we could lose $323 BILLION in tax revenue over the next decade. Nothing efficient about that.

The GOP prioritizes tanning beds over hospital beds.

From Target to Walmart, retailers are fighting two battles at once: a financial battle to keep costs low in the face of new tariffs, and a political one to avoid the president's wrath.

Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith refuses to read a line from Republican's legislation that would provide a tax break for owners of tanning beds. Fernandez: "So if you have a tanning bed, you get a little bit of a tax break and if you need a hospital bed in rural America, you're out of luck."
