also while i’m here dumping before i go to sleep bc i am very tired, i think I’m gonna use this page as a bit of a recovery diary for me. i’ve seen other people do it before, use their twt/tiktok as a diary and it seems like it helps them so think i’m gonna give that a go and see if it helps me 😙🫶
