To anyone who's been thinking of buying a bambu printer, the prices are really competitive right now. lostintech.co.uk/rpcv

Actual serious question for a change: are Americans scared of vans or something, at a cultural level?

remember when the people who started wars used to get the fuck on a horse and lead into battle?

There's no such thing as recycling PLA.

everyone: we hate AI also everyone: clicks the shit out of AI content.

It's always nice to be featured in hackaday but boy are the comments over there kinda wild 🤣 hackaday.com/2025/06/20/p...

Canon. When are you gonna stop making dumb looking cameras? The answer is right there. Make them look like this

They spend all that time trying to make the tree parts square, and I come along and make it round again

I feel like half the planet are called "Chris Herbert" or something similar. Do you know a "Chris Herbert"?

I know you all hate AI on here but I don't really have much opinion on it. But a rep (won't name) who is my actual rep for this company, using it to try to negotiate a sponsorship - yeah. No. Yeah. No. Negotiations fell apart as you can imagine. There's a thing called rapport, or at least, was!

hot(pposite) takes

marketing showing they're shit at maths when they keep sending "lost in tech x Random_brand" emails. Do you even know what that means? Bad things. Bad.

cant argue 😂

Who Hwhips the Hwhip 😂

just a cool image I never used in the latest video.

I should do a thing where I take the same photo on two sets of gear, expensive and cheap, and show exactly what I mean and exactly why and where you are limited by cheap gear.

Nothing wrong with _starting_ on cheap gear and nothing wrong with staying on cheap gear. But the gaslighting that the photos will be the same 🤣 I do think it puts a lot of people off, because they believe it and give up.

I feel like "you don't need an expensive camera to make good pictures" is the biggest lie in photography especially online in competitive areas. Imagine telling someone they can win a bike race with a used chopper. Of course you can have fun on it...but that's a different question.
