For those wondering about an explosive-less IRBM: ~225 kg RV, reentering at ~22,000 km/h ≈ 4 billion Joules / ~0.001 kt TNT So, a bit more powerful than a typical 2000-lb bomb, but the not accounting for atmosphere drag, angle, and that they probably didn't optimize the payload for this mission.
