I’m so mad. I want to delete my FB & IG, but there’s so many people I’m still in contact with because of them and it makes me sad to think of the loss. But that’s my only reason for staying, so I hope everyone migrates soon.

Dear Drs, if a patient with assorted extremely painful neuralgias has them under control w/little to no side effects using alternative medicine, DO NOT try to gaslight them into thinking they are ADDICTED to the alt meds. They are TREATING their illness, because you (& big pharma) failed to do so.

For my menopausal ladies out there; anyone else going back to the “biphasic” method of sleeping? Pretty much every night, after 2-3 hours, I’m done. Awake for an hour or 2 (or 3) then maybe a few more hours sleep. I got things to do, so tonight I gave in… to-do list to DO!

So we’ve been playing a D&D campaign and my character is a half-orc named Gorp. He’s not very bright. But he did kill a giant frog. Tell me I didn’t just order a frog hat to wear to our next game night, that I will be adding legs & feet to. I dare ya! 🤣Or Gorp dares you!!
