ICE is conveniently leaving out key details in their press conference. Marcelo Gomes’ father came here legally on a student visa in 2012. Marcelo was only 5. They’ve been trying to gain legal status. His dad was accused of speeding. Marcelo was detained by ICE on his way to volleyball practice.
