You can be kind and still be a bit of a dick. Kindness is not niceness. Being nice is being polite, courteous, which is good, because it greases the wheels of social interaction. Kindness is so much more. Being kind means 2 B empathetic, to stand up for the weaker kids. Try 2 B nice. Always B kind.
