VM:n mikropuoli valitsee suurimman positiivisen tuloksen tuovan parametrin etuusleikkauksien työllisyysarviointiin ja makropuoli puolestaan pienimmän negatiivisen tuloksen tuovan parametrin saman asian arviointiin.
