I'll be raising my prices in June. It's been almost 3.5 years since the last increase. Materials have gone up, same as everything else around me over this time, and now facing a $400 rent increase (law says $30 max, but who cares about the law right?) I am just tired of being kicked around.

Am I a fool for following the "rules", should I just say fuck it & do whatever I can get away with? -landlord wants a rent increase contrary to the RTA; I am forced to comply. -Etsy seller harvests my data for their website's spam email list without consequences. Who cares about integrity or laws?
