Went to get some water from the fridge tap, didn't want to work. Whatever plastic bits held some solenoid in place finally broke. So with the help of internet videos, pried off the cover of and "fixed" it with twist ties. As in it works, it ain't leaking, but I'm real leery of using it again.

Shoutout to my local phone shop, I told them my issue, and while originally I would need to have my Dad show up to help get a new phone through them, they called later and told me "If you just need a new device, head over to the tech store, buy the device, and swap in the SIM card!" /1 of 2

Went to a little Mexican restaurant for BDay celebrations today. Except it was bought out by ANOTHER Mexican restaurant chain. The Gift Card I had on me, turns out, wouldn't have been honored. New system and all that. At least I got to use it once in February, so not a TOTAL loss.
