The Welsh Government calculated that Wales’ rail infrastructure has been underfunded to the tune of £2.9bn to £8bn between 2001 and 2029. The UK Government’s answer? Give us £445 million over 10 years. Plaid Cymru won’t welcome crumbs – it’s time for Wales to be properly funded.
