Intolerance (1916) 📹

The area around the vault where the Brontes lie is filled with the sound of jackdaws. It inspires me with the idea for a script for a horror film in which the noise wakes the Bronte family from their graves. I'll call it ZomBrontes. If successful, I'll write a sequel ZomBrontes 2: Electric Boogaloo

LOL is still popular, but LMAO is less so these days. ROFL has pretty much died out, while nobody nowadays uses PMSL, which, if memory serves, means laughing while experiencing pre-menstrual syndrome.

I've heard about the world from many perspectives. Embracing diversity made me a better person, kinder, understanding, patient, open to ideas, happier in myself. Insular people are frustrated and angry. I continue to hold the values which broaden my thinking and enrich my life.

We are already an island of strangers. Everyone we meet is a stranger until we know them. Each experience with a new person offers opportunity to learn and grow. If fear of strangers causes us to hand power to those whose interests are not ours, we will become displaced strangers in our own land.
