Elliott Gould in M*A*S*H is my style icon.

We don't talk enough about how great Danny Boyle is as a filmmaker. He puts his own unique thumbprint on every movie, no matter the genre. 28 YEARS LATER is no exception.

A new trend of mine is falling asleep with a plate of food on my lap and a bite of food in my mouth. I'll wake up hours later and my mouth is filled with mush. Still not used to my new schedule.

MATERIALISTS didn't hit as hard Celine Song's PAST LIVES, but there was a moment towards the end that was a little too real. Dakota Johnson's character says something like, how can you say you love me when I treat you like shit and Chris Evans replies, I'm just desperate enough to let you.

I enjoyed Ballerina more than I thought I would and way more than the previous two John Wick movies.

It's cool that action figures now actually look like the actors. When I was a kid, all my Star War figures had the same heads with different colored hair. And yes, I bought the new Superman.

The Joseph Gerbils joke in this week's Poker Face made chuckle.

On one hand, the Rock's attempt at being a serious actor with The Smashing Machine feels and looks desperate. On the other, Benny Safdie is behind this one and Uncut Gems ruled.

BRING HER BACK was creepy AF. I appreciate that they didn't feel the need to over explain the why and the how of it all. I didn't know much going in and I didn't know much more leaving the theater. Brace yourself for a case of the willies.

I wonder if Tom Cruise is scared of heights 🤔

DEAD RECKONING requires a little more patience than previous installments of the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE franchise, but once it gets going, look out.

FRIENDSHIP was basically a really long 'I Think You Should Leave' sketch, which is to say it was right up my alley. I laughed a lot.

I've had some questionable bosses over the years, but this current prick is a real piece of shit.

HBD ❤️

Can't wait to dive in!

What I love most about the EQUALIZER is that he seems genuinely concerned about how quickly he's going to kill you. He's not about to waste your time.

Glad to see they're eliminating more than just my job.

Livin' the dream.

Jesus, Gareth Evans can direct the shit out of an action movie. Once things get moving in HAVOC they don't let up.

Alright Marvel, this might be your last chance with THUNDERBOLTS. Let's see if you can turn this shitty week into something decent.

After a few beers I'm glad I removed some contacts from my phone.

What's up with that new Jurassic World trailer? Why does everyone look orange? Also, JP is officially the single best movie to spawn the worst franchise.

SINNERS was really good and a lot of fun. The reason why the vampire stuff works so well is that it spends most of the first half letting you get to know (and caring) about the characters.

Latest episode of The Last of Us is one of the most depressing hours of television ever. They really know how to stick it in and break it off.

I'm I listen to The Spectrum on Sirius XM years old.

Daredevil: Born Again didn't get good until the very last episode when The Punisher showed up and started stabbing people in the face.

It's unnatural to go to bed at 7 PM on a Saturday so I can be up for work at 1 AM. I'm not a fan of my new job. Sigh.

WARFARE was the best "I hadn't heard about that movie until yesterday" movie I've seen in a long time.

DROP was a solid thriller and a good time spent at the movies. Hitchcock would approve. Also, I have no idea what an "air drop" is.

Went to Olive Garden for the first time in 17 years. Meh.

What's up with hotels and cloth shower curtains?

Trailer for the new Wes Anderson movie looks appropriately like a Wes Anderson movie. I'll be there day one.

I just noticed Tiffany, Baby Billy's wife, got her teeth fixed.

I don't remember one detail about THE ACCOUNTANT, but that won't keep me from seeing THE ACCOUNTANT 2.

Where can a guy get some Layne Staley on MTV Unplugged sunglasses?

BJ at the lake house is my favorite BJ.

I had hoped that all the ho-hum reviews were exaggerated, but Death of a Unicorn was not my jam. Did not work for me at all. Win some, lose some.

Not a bad day. Got off work early, went to the gym (the Genesis in Hutchinson is way better than Emporia's) and now I'm gonna go see Death of a Unicorn. This is all to distract me from missing Mr. Kitty. I hope he's not too sad home alone 😢

Val Kilmer was a strange, beautiful man who gave some really great performances. He will be missed.

Working out of town this week and I already miss Mr. Kitty. I took this when I was packing. He knew something was up and he was trying to stow away.

Uncle Baby Billy's contempt for the nanny (and his children) is hilarious. Also, take a shot every time we see his dick. Last night's episode was one of the funniest yet.

I checked Bob Dylan off my bucket list tonight. It was as expected. An 80 year old legend giving the impression that he's bored with his own legacy. I cheered the loudest when he introduced Anton Fig (Zip). Also, no pictures since they made us lock our phones in a pouch.

Not sure what I'm in for, but I'm gonna see Bob Dylan play a show while I still have a chance.

MR. INBETWEEN has been on my watchlist forever. Just started season two... why did I wait so long!?

Steven Soderbergh puts his spin on the spy flick with BLACK BAG and continues an interesting and entertaining post retirement resume.
