I just found out some birds sing at night for various reasons (being confused by street lights, defending territory, being nocturnal, etc). It's pretty interesting, but I'm not telling that to the jackaṣ̌s bird that decided to sing its heart out by my window at midnight.

It's a hard to describe feeling being a bicycle in a car lane, waiting for the light to change so I can cross a 4 lane highway intersection. The truck in the turn lane was nice enough or weirded out enough that it didn't pull up next to me.

I feel like I finally appreciate air surfing on warm nights. I also found out I can buy my hand a little surfboad to ride some tubular warm air.

I'm started sprouts from seed. I had no pots but I did have paper egg cartins and toilet roll tubes. Cut those tubes in half, make 4 verticle cuts on the bottom, then box fold one end shut. Fill with dirt and plant away!
