It’s law school commencement day! So excited to celebrate with our @umichlaw.bsky.social grads! Here is a preview of what it will be like to get the faculty lined up:

Are we talking enough about the assault on women and children? I don’t think so.

My friend & colleague Jaclyn Kelley-Widmer is hiring a clinical fellow for Cornell's Immigration Law & Advocacy Clinic. This is such an important time to help immigrants & non-citizens; Jakki's clinic does amazing work. Applications due 6/1 to start this summer! academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/30009

Upside-down dog or horse head?

turns out that I am texting my husband excitedly that "LOCAL ASPARAGUS HAS ARRIVED" years old

(1) Yikes! (2) This is why they say you should "attack the argument, not opposing counsel." Some judges really, really, really don't like it.

Let's just pause to think about parents being forced to choose whether to be deported with their toddlers and babies (including a child with cancer) or leave them behind and the idea that this would somehow be ok if that wasn't a lie.

The dog photos will continue until morale improves
