Oh so that's what happens when the thoughts of soloing elder dragons scares you into focusing on Master Rank. I just went from MHR HR30 to HR85 in two quests because I've been grinding so much on the Sunbreak plot. (And got the tail off my first Teostra before the one and only cart.)

The PA that I liked at the doctor's office is gone. Just dealt with the new MD and how did I get this lucky. Hormone panel on my request to see what's going on re perimenopause. Recognition that yes the years of You Don't Have Asthma do validly affect my Albuterol decisions. Ace-accepting.
