Hi All, Just sent out my free weekend update. This was the week that Trump's two week deadline to decide on new sanctions against Russia passed. And guess what--no new sanctions or even discussion thereof. Instead the US protected the Russians (again). open.substack.com/pub/phillips...

The moment of the final flight into hell for a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft yesterday.

I have counted 34,943 Russian combatant deaths over the past 289 days since I began tracking. This number will increase, as I have not finished error-checking, and we typically undercount during the first pass through the data.

1 million eliminated Russian invaders.

Tonight, Ukraine was once again subjected to a massive bombardment by Russia. Residents of Kyiv recorded the moment when a Shahed drone struck their apartment building.

Last night, Kyiv and Odesa came under massive Russian missile and drone attack. In Kyiv, debris damaged homes, vehicles, business centers, and infrastructure—at least 4 people were injured. In Odesa, a maternity ward burned, an ambulance station was destroyed, and homes were hit—2 killed, 6 injured.

Trump is starving Ukraine of some vital defensive systems. Again, it needs to be said, the US government is now acting in such a way that it is helping the Russians kill Ukrainians.

🔥 The wreckage of the Russian Su-35, shot down by the Ukrainian Air Force this morning in the Kursk region.

Hi All, just sent out my free weekend update. The events of the last week show the profound war fighting differences between Ukraine and Russia. One is trying to fight humanely and intelligently, the other is attacking civilians to cause terror. open.substack.com/pub/phillips...

Russia struck Kharkiv with 53 Shahed drones, two missiles, and four guided bombs (KABs), killing three people and injuring 17 others — Mayor of Kharkiv.

“The horror of Russia’s attack on Ukraine yesterday. A storm of missiles and drones. And this happens regularly” WP journalist Bojan Pancevski wrote on X.

Massive overnight attack on Ukraine: Russia fired around 50 missiles and up to 400 drones including Shaheds, Kalibrs, and ballistic missiles. Kyiv was hit hard: 4 dead, 20+ injured. 3 rescuers killed, 9 hurt. Also hits in Chernihiv, Ternopil (toxic air alert), Lutsk, Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, and Poltava

Surprisingly, one of the most effective and underrated outcomes of our engineering equipment deliveries has been the beavertail trucks we supply alongside the excavators. These trucks move broken equipment — from Kozak armored vehicles and buses to utility pickups 🔗 www.paypal.com/donate?campa...

On June 1, Ukraine conducted a successful operation targeting Russian strategic bombers and other aircraft. Our battle damage assessment can confirm the following losses: 12 destroyed and 3 damaged aircraft, of which 14 are strategic bombers and 1 is a transport aircraft. 1/

The SBU released footage from Operation “Spiderweb” showing FPV drone strikes on 22 Russian aircraft: 7 Tu-95s, 12 Tu-22M3s, 2 A-50s, and 1 An-12. CyberBoroshno analysis suggests damage may be higher. Many strikes lack aftermath footage, possibly due to limited damage or failed detonations.

🌉/1. Ukraine’s Security Service Hits Crimean Bridge in Underwater Sabotage Operation The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has carried out a new special operation targeting the Crimean Bridge—its third successful strike on the structure, this time using underwater explosives.

More from Sumy... There are dead and wounded. Russian terror on the civilian population continues.

Ukrainian war journalist Yuri Butusov has summarized the details of the operation "Spiderweb" against Russian airbases: - At the moment, according to our sources, the destruction of 41 aircrafts of strategic and military transport aviation of the Russian Armed Forces at 4 bases has been recorded.

Ukraine has struck multiple strategic bombers in Olenya, Murmansk oblast, 1800 km from Ukraine. This is one of the most successful drone strikes against against Russian air bases in the entire war. The extent of the damage is yet unclear, but I can already say it's significant. 1/

💥 Breaking: Over 40 Russian aircraft hit — including A-50s, Tu-95s, and Tu-22M3s! According to SBU sources, a massive Ukrainian special operation is underway to destroy Russia’s strategic bombers deep in enemy territory.

Insane. Footage shows Ukrainian drones at work deep inside Russian territory, obliterating Russian strategic aviation.

Overnight on June 1, Ukraine’s air defenses repelled a massive attack of 479 aerial weapons from Russia, including 472 Shahed drones, ballistic and cruise missiles. By 13:30, 385 targets were destroyed or suppressed by air defense units across multiple regions.

Hi All, Just sent out my free weekend update. A rather long one this time. First--a discussion about whether the Russian Summer Offensive has begun--there are reports of different, disconnected Russian attacks happening or about to happen around the front. open.substack.com/pub/phillips...

‼️ Hidden Bear: The GRU hackers of Russia's most notorious kill squad As The Insider discovered, Unit 29155, the Kremlin’s most notorious black ops squad, also fielded a team of hackers that tried to destabilize Ukraine before Russia’s full-scale invasion.

🇷🇺 Russia has lost over 4,000 tanks since February 24, 2022, based on visual confirmations compiled by Oryx. Of the 4,029 total losses, 2,946 tanks were destroyed, 158 damaged, 392 abandoned, and 533 captured by Ukrainian forces.

One of the key principles I’ve always focused on when providing aid to Ukraine is sustainability. It's not just about delivering a pickup truck for mobility. It's about helping units operate independently, or at least with less outside help. Donation link: www.paypal.com/donate?campa...

The defense minister of Germany and Ukraine formalize the following points: - Germany is going to fund Ukraine's long-range missile program. The production capacities in Ukraine have been ready and were lacking only the financing

Hi all, just sent out my free weekend update. This was the week where it was said many things changed, but actually little did. Trump basically gave up pretending he was trying to negotiate in good faith and said if Putin doesn’t want a deal, that’s fine by him. open.substack.com/pub/phillips...

Russian missile strike on Ukraine overnight killed 12, injured over 50. Kyiv: 4 dead, 31 hurt. Khmelnytskyi: 4 dead, 5 hurt. Zhytomyr: 3 children dead, 12 hurt. Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, Ternopil, Dnipro damaged. As of now, rescue operations continue.

More confirmation: Satellite images reveal damage from drone strikes on the AO "Energia" plant in Yelets, Lipetsk region. The facility, producing batteries for Iskander missiles and guided bombs, suffered significant damage. At this moment the plant is again being attacked.

The first Shahed drones are heading toward Kyiv region. Around 45 enemy UAVs are in Ukraine’s airspace. The night is only beginning, and once again, Russia unleashes its campaign of terror against the Ukrainian people, psychological torture, aimed at breaking our spirit and forcing us to surrender.

Ukrainian drone activity over Russian airspace has severely compromised and disrupted civilian air travel in Russia.

I'm raising funds again for two excavators to support Ukraine. Previous deliveries have hugely impacted the battlefield, earning praise from commanders. Your donations are critical, please and read the thread below! donation link: www.paypal.com/donate?campa...
