I have a good plan. Instead of deporting millions of immigrants out of this country, the money would be far better spent if we deported Trump, Vance, and all his MAGA supporters to Siberia. Putin would happily welcome them, and they could all live happily ever after in their new kingdom.

bsky.app/profile/bein... If this country would recognize midwives as the gold standard for normal pregnancy care and birth, our maternal/infant mortality and morbidity rates - in every state - would be much lower. And, costs for this type of care would also be far lower than what it is now.
